Doc-U-Sign is awesome!! Skyslope offers a similar version, but it has so many issues that you can't rely on it or really use it. I've switched back to Doc-U-Sign and it's so much better! And if you need a TM program, I highly recommend Paperless Pipeline, which offers a free trial. :)

Docusign was not developed exclusively for real estate and has its limitations because Dotloop combines Dropbox features with digital signatures, .pdf form editing and brokerage management features that Docusign does not have. I'm happy that no one has brought up Zip Forms. The digital signature platform is not only expensive but does not have many features and no brokerage options yet.
