Do legal forms really change that often? Is it a pain to have to re-learn things or are they similar enough that it's not a big deal?

Learn the current documents when you become a real estate agent, and then with each revision, there will be reports that will let you know exactly how they have changed from the previous version.

Our CA contracts and few forms changed this year, not a big deal. Read carefully and notice all new changes. Our local board also provides classes where they explain in details all changes. I've been to few modifications and I'm sure, more will follow.
