Absolutely - we are being herded like cattle by politicians who are only looking out for themselves and pushing us all off a cliff. It's (past) time to cut back government, entitlements and more.

Yes; the ones that do not have the money seems to keep the squeaky wheel turning!
Repeal all the laws back to 1800 and start over!

Good morning Bob. You darn right people have became so reliant on big brother they can't think or act without being told by big brother.

Good Friday morning Bob. Yes, government regulations getting out of hand is definitely an understatement. Regrettably, people do not take the time to think for themselves so big brother has to think for them.

Good morning Bob. Out of hand would be an understatement. Unfortunately the current Administration is largely responsible for much of this problem,

Bob Crane - I remember the quote from Gandhi:
"Be the change you wish to see in the world".
Can we do it? Collectively as ActiveRain community, we can! We have leaders who can do this - so let's begin!

Absolutely! We need a sweeping change in our government. Perhaps a Congress that reviews all laws and eliminates the ones no longer relevant, and a Justice Department that enforces the laws on the books, like immigration. The President? Forget him and the Office.

Government overreach.
You bet. However the liberals may take a different point of view.
How do you solve? Well, the solution may require a willingness to be labeled 'radical' or tagged as 'radicalized' by those who prefer the status quo.
What say you? Are you ready to be identified as a public voice willing to draw a real line in the sand?

Yes, way way WAY out of hand. Worst part is, it's getting worse. Big fan of a flat tax, it as fair as it gets. Cut out all the programs that get abused and agencies that do nothing but make life difficult.

Yes out of control. But some smart things here and there. They literally blew up the entire mortgage industry several years ago and been on rampage since. Vote Vote Vote and continue writing to elected officials to educate them about the effects of what's happening.

It is definitely out of hand. The government is in too much control at this point. I love all of the comments here. I like what Sandy Padula and Norm Padula, JD, GRI said about reviewing all the laws and elimating the ones no longer relevant. Also what Randy Mitchelson said about writing to elected officials, we have to keep calling them too. Otherwise they do whatever they want, or whatever the big companies are paying them to do. Government regulation has definitely interferred with the Real Estate business and is continueing to do so. Great question and answers from all!
