I've never had much success with Craigs List. I haven't used it in many years.

It has indeed changed dramatically. I initially built by business on craigslist. You can't do that anymore since they disallowed links and html.

Yes, I still do, but with the new ad limitations it's hard to get very many leads other than property specific ones.

I advise agents not to list homes for sale on CL. I can not see it as helpful... However, we have been looking at using text codes recently.
