Half of my costumers are mail away, out of state or out of the country. All those communications are done over the phone , email and electronic signing.   To answer your question, the answer is no:)

No, I meet my buyers at the office.  My home is my home and not an office.

Never.  My brokerage has a great office setting with conference rooms.  It is nice to be in a professional enviroment and an easy to find location. I have also met at coffee shops or restaurants when clients are a distance away.  I have become good friends with many clients and will invite them into my home in a social setting.

I don't like to, but I have. I live in a very long narrow coastal market. I live at one end, and my office is at the other end. Therefore, sometimes it is necessary.

As most realtors work from home, we all have a designated office space within the home. However, I do not conduct face to face business at home due to privacy issues. In addition,  clients expect a credible and legitmate agent to meet them at the office not the residence. 

No. Never. My home is my safe haven ... my sanctuary.  Yes, I work from my home but that does not change the fact that it is not a place for doing business with clients.

My home is my brokerage location but we have not done that as of yet.

However, I try to meet in venues that establish the right authority. If my home had a business entrance and the space created the needed authority, I would not hesitate to meet there.

Rarely, unless i know them personally. In real estate work doesnt stop as it is. If you have the come to your home, there would be not getting away from work.
