What is the "open rate" of Open Houses in your area? Number of Open Houses this weekend divided by the number of available properties for sale equals your area's Open House open rate.

In the two counties I serve the most (Sarasota and Manatee counties) , there are 62 Open Houses listed in the MLS and 5,112 total properties for sale, so our open rate is just over 1%. These numbers include both single family and condos.
