What are some expansion numbers that you look for before considering expansion into new territories? DOM, Active, Sold and Pending? What else? Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!

I look for activity so it would be how many homes have been on the market, are they selling and what is the turnover rate. I wouldn't waste my time on neighborhoods that rarely have a house go up for sale.
