Generally once/month.  Each month, we add the previous months new customers to our newsletter and each month, I check the email programs for non-existent emails.  I have a bunch of realtors on my lists and they tend to change places the most often.  I think update my card addresses for them.

I go through my database just before sending out newsletters.

Database management should be a daily process and the database will always be open when you and your assistants are working.

I work my database daily; that's where my daily call list comes from for my Power Hours. But like Joan Cox, I do a thorough vetting once per month at newsletter time. I add people every week so I have to sort and qualify 5-6 days per week or it's like weeds in a rose garden.

Once a year or if I know someone has changed.

I do it pnce a year when I send out calendars.

Debbie and sit down and MAKE ourselves clean out the data base annually.  Before we order Christmas calendars and cards.

It's time.  Probably overdue for some major work.  

Every couple of years for overall or as I become aware that specific records need to be cleaned up for a variety of reasons.

I review my list virtually monthly. I do a big cleanup probably twice a year.
