In 2015, I have worked hard on building my newsletter marketing list. I've got a buyer newsletter and one for sellers.
I created a landing page for each of the newsletters that builds my email list. Here is the design I use: http://news.prophosting.com/
I printed business cards for each newsletter with the domain address of the landing page. I give these cards out every day.
At open houses I ask questions, determine if its a buyer or neighbor/seller and give them the appropriate card.
The web addresses are on my property flyers too.
I send out a monthly newsletter with the aeb address on the newsletter. Inside the newsletter I ask people to share it with friends/family and post it on their Facebook. (I have a Facebook Share button on it).
My newsletter size has exploded in 2015.

Social Media. maximize social media. I tweet about real estate related items; I post pics on instragram that are real estate related etc etc.... Host a homebuyer workshop with a local lender...
