Not that I know of. However, I've had plenty that admit that they read my blogs. That's why I keep them interesting, mostly, not always hard sell.

Yes blogging makes the phone ring.  If not I wouldn't be blogging.

Most of my clients not only do no not read but don't speak English. HELL! They don't even listen to what I have to say to help them.

I have received calls from buyers who justwant information about the condo and they are working with another agent. I also receive calls from appraisers for info about HOA. Sounds like their agent cannot give them the info.

YES, i get many new clients who saw me first by reading one of my blogs. AR is a great tool to reach new clients.

I think it's more based on my overall presence and not any one individual blog.

Yes I have! I am currently working with a couple who read several of my posts and called to work with me!

Some have Joe, but what is funny is that a few of my employees with members only blogs seem to get more inquiries.

Happens more and more frequently the longer and more I write.  Took a while, but after about a year in the rain, my phone rings regularly with people either referencing a blog, or sitting on the blog page while they're talking to me

Not yet, but I am just breaking into blogging so it's understandable, plus to practice my skill I've been focused on blogs for real estate agents not consumers yet. 

Down the road lets hope it pays off.

Joe Petrowsky - now that's little different for me. When I get referrals, I ask them what they like about me - and many times, they mention about Local Market Reports (which I publish only on ActiveRain!)
