Jack,

Really?  San Diego has no mosquitoes.  The Midwest is famous for their mosquitoes, and when it snows, San Diego is balmy and lovely.  They have the best weather there.  A

I don't see a question, but I'll make a comment anyway.  This reminds me of the sign in Yakima, Washington... "The Palm Springs of Washington".  It's laughable for those of us who know Yakima AND Palm Springs.  Don't get me wrong Jack Lewitz .  I love Chicago but, for the life of me, I can't compare it to San Diego... and why would you even want to.  Chicago is great for what it is!

I need to get back there, but business keeps holding me here in Vegas. 66 degrees sounds amazing right now compared to the daily over 100. Not sure on Chicago being the next San Diego, I'd say either New York or new Detroit depending on how it goes.

Not even close.  Chicago might be the new New York but San Diego is in a completely different catagory.
