Yes as it gives me a chance to see parts of the home not in the photographs as well as condition.

it is very very important to know your inventory in your specific area. If you dont know your product , you cant sell it.

I go on my own as time allows and if I know the agent holding it or have a buyer that may be interested in that area and I want to get a preview.

Chris - whenever possible, I do.  I go solo.   Our area still attracts brokers on the weekly tours(we have several each week).   I treat them as another opportunity for a public open house event and often have more visitors from the public who have seen my marketing.

I do this. I think it's great, but recently I haven't had time to go. I think it's a great way to view the newer listings and ask the listing agent questions. 

No, those went out almost 10 years ago in our market.

Not anymore.  They are not well attended unless it's in the evening put on by a builder with mega food and drinks.

At my firm we have them weekly after our sales meeting, but I don't always get to go.
