You can waste your money on ANY ads campaign, even adwords.

It is highly likely that ONLY Noah Seidenberg and myself can SHOW you how to make a Facebook campaign work. To be candid, it's worth PAYING for.

If an agent were to invest a little energy in a little local market research they will fn people DO use facebook and pinteest and YouTube and Craigslist and Zillow and google and Trulia and MLS and Realtor.com  as all or part of their house hunting resources.

The agent simply needs to commit to what horse they will ride in the race. They ALL work, but they don't work for everyone. The variable is the agent.

Good morning Captain Wayne. The right person to answer this question is Kyle Reyes, he is a master when it comes to Facebook.

Yes Captain Wayne, I have had sales from the ads on my Face Book business page and I only spend $5 on each one.

Captain Wayne - Rowlett Real Estate School feel free to give me a buzz and pick my brain.  We're spending massive amounts of money on Facebook and it works beautifully....but it has to be done right.

Yes, but your ROI depends on a million things from the picture you use, to the wording of the ad. There is a whole science to it.

Some agents find value in FB ads while others don't.  The ads needs to be well designed, tested and evaluated in order to find out their effectiveness.

We tried trolling for sellers on Facebook but I think it was a waste - sort of like HouseValues - everyone wants to know what their house is worth but not because they are necessarily planning on moving. I think that it might be better to target buyers for a particular listing

I recently paid $100 for a Facebook ad and reached over 27,000 people.  For $100 I felt it was worth it to get extra interest in a particular property I had for sale.

No really it is better to add available listings, your recent sold homes and other available homes on your facebook page. I also add post about my rescue dogs, my horse and my family.
