Good morning Brian. No scrubbing of leads, I respond to all of them that come from my website.
We have a department in our brokerage that scrubs most of our leads.
All leads need to be scrubbed to be called qualified leads. I have had the same person submit the same information on the same lead (once by mobile then laptop monutes later).
Depends on pricing, Brian. Raw leads should be charged at one rate, scrubbed and incubated leads at another. Don't be afraid to charge your agents for company generated leads. Your technology and brand had a lot to do to bring in that lead!
