YES.  I could not run the volume I do without it. Thank you to AAR, part of my dues go toward them and they provide Esign for FREE.   I love it, I review the paperwork with them and they call with any questions and I walk them thru it.   Works great!  I give the option of meeting (old school) in person and 99% prefer to sign electronically.

It depends on the age. The younger clients do not use any other way of signing. Some older clients require all to be printed and I usually have to leave a hard copy for them.

Debbie - Yes, most of my clients like using electronic signatures. It is pretty easy, and most of them enjoy the convenience. I have never heard anyone complain, but have had many ask if they can e-sign.

Debbie, I know I love them and I give clients the choice of hard copy or electronic.  As long as we've covered the basics of the contract in advance, most are very comfortable with signing online.

I think it depends on the program you use. I'm using digisign. It's so easy it fools some people. They try to make it harder than it really it. It is a convenience for my people. I deal with a lot of out of the area buyers and sellers.

I had one client who was so resistant, he got mad when I brought it up.  I finally got him to try it and he thought it was the best thing ever.

Some clients love electronic signatures and request to use them and others are indifferent.  Some clients will only sign with pen and paper.  Some clients have never or extremely rarely used a computer, do not use tablets and do not use email.  So the answer is "it depends".
