Chris and Dick Dovorany has it right, you can't control what ad's Facebook will put. Only way to not have as many Zillow etc. ads show up is to make your page non real estate related because they show ads based on relevent information on the page. Pretty sure that would defeat the purpose of your page though haha.

stop going to those websites.  Because facebook shows you what they think you want to see. I recently checked out fitbit on amazon and the ads have been appearing on my facebook feed all day. Same thing happened when I was car shopping on line, and washing machine shopping.
