As much as I love pizza, I'm trying to keep better control on my nutrition. So right now an occasional combo slice from Costco and some raspberry iced tea is enough to curb the craving.

I prefer a thinner crust. There has to be the correct topping to crust ratio. For me that means the crust should only be a vehicle to get the toppings to my mouth.

A perfect pizza is in the eye of the beholder. Mine would be a medium to thin crust, crispy not doughy, with lots of fresh veggies and fresh mozzarella. My husband thinks it has to have pepperoni to be a good pizza. It comes from Michaels' Pizza and made to order.

Because I am getting healthier I no longer have the extra cheese but a large Tomato & Garlic pizza from Vulcano's has an extra dash of oregano that does the trick.
