Are EBA's still the red-headed stepchild of the real estate industry?

I've always been a staunch advocate for the EBA model. Just wondering, given the explosion of the internet in the real estate industry during the past decade, do you see that the public has become more educated on the use of EBA's to serve their real estate needs?
