I do flooring. In terms of type of surface, we focus on hardwood/refinishing.

In terms of target, we focus more on new home buyers/realtors (esp buyer agents). We prefer 2nd time home buyers as they've usually already been burned by at least 1 contractor and they know they can trust us.

Geographically, we focus on most of the higher end communities w/ avg home value of $800,000 to $2,000,000. Beyond that, in the $2MM+, they often have a decorator already.
