Keller Williams was started for teams.  Teams thrive at KW.

I think you can do it anywhere, it comes down to your work ethic and how hard you work. If anything I'd avoid the power brokers because the local offices have to pay a franchisee fee plus make a profit, to do that they most likely take more of your commission. Lowest fee's to quality of education/team building I've found in 2/3 states I work in is Keller Williams, but in the 3rd state anyone that wants to built it a team it would be a way more expensive option compared to the one I am with in that state.

It is an illusion. For brand new agents she may need some one to get her started. But after a few months if the agent is not able to strike on her own, she is just an assistant with a license.

In our area, it is common to have a team. John & Jane Doe team because branding.     I have yet seen one brokerage agents are better than others.

I believe it's the individual who can brand themselves beyond others.
