Business this month has picked up but I think we just had a slow start because of the weather . I have noticed more buyer and seller activity in my area. I am also seeing more new construction and this has not been there in years.

We are very busy. Of course, part of our market is people buying new homes, so we get them 2-3 months after you (as we need to wait for them to close). Appts are a teeny bit slower now due to graduation/end of year activities, but the sales that are closing are very high. I'm guessing it will slow down next week and the week after July 4th.
