I changed my focus on working smarter not harder. Rather than try and increase my number of transactions, (and lets face it, there are only so many hours in a week!) I increased my average sale price instead. I concentrated on higher end properties and never looked back !

Whatever you do, do it consistently! Perseverance pays off. Stick to the plan and plan and review every 90 days. This really has worked well for me.
Get back to basics ..
Work hard, treat clients right and they will come back to you. Referrals are the life blood in our industry. An agent only has one reputation and can ruin it for a lifetime, in an instant. I protect it like stolen gold!
