I changed my focus on working smarter not harder.  Rather than try and increase my number of transactions, (and lets face it, there are only so many hours in a week!)  I increased my average sale price instead.   I  concentrated on higher end properties and never looked back !

Regarding the word production....I'm not sure what that means?

So, I went with the universal agent concern, lead generation.
