What are some other jobs real estate professionals can find full time employment non-commission? Instead of working on commission what other options are there if you are a seasoned realtor.

It depends on what kind of talent and experience you have. There are many salary positions withing town and county governments. Check their websites. I recently saw that Leesburg was hiring police offciers, emt's, animal management, parks and rec help, etc. Do like like outdoors? Check with Park Service. Maybe Game Warden? Landscape design. Mowing. Marketing. Auto detailing. Mechanic. Web design. Teaching.

I pay my assistant $20/hour which is pretty good wages in Oklahoma. Would love to hire a closing coordinator, but the experience is hard to find. I would contact some top producers and see what they are willing to pay you.
