Give us a Bob Stewart type person.

I would like to see better stats/better ability to learn how our posts are doing.  I'd like to see how things are doing past 30 days and I'd like to see how much is from search vs. referral traffic vs. internal vs social media.  (like we can see on google analytics).

I'd stop their "improvements" that are continually fouling up our use of this platform.... and the point system is useless now.... it doesn't accomplish what it previously did....they screwed that up, too!!!! that's two not one....sorry.

Add "Find an Agent' listed by state.

Stop the insanity with updates...Most of them are NOT improvements!

I agree with Annette and Debbie. AR should provide stats on public views by area, topics they view, a Q&A area for public questions

The ability to block people like we can on FaceBook. That has been on my bucket list for years (LOL).  People who have harmed me ... I don't want to see their faces on a daily basis. Thankfully, there are only a few of them so I just skip over them.

I would make it easier to get in touch with Support and get answers to problems. I would bring Bob Stewart back. (Oh wait, that's two things!)

The ability to customize my blog, and create/ save templates for my posts.

That would make a huge difference.

I would like to see "inactive" people removed during the period of inactivity. I have people above me with tons and tons of points who havnt blogged or commented or any activity in a year. I wish that after a period of not logging in your account gets set to inactive and you are removed from the board until you reactivate.

To my dismay, many of my favorite people have left AR because they are disenchanted with it - and many of our favorite former AR bloggers and commenters are now on Inman News. I don't know how long I will last here. Sadly, the 'changes' by AR were not 'improvements'. So I support the idea proposed here as AR being independent from Zulia, but Zulia did not acquire AR to make it independent but rather to profit from it in getting access to our profiles for sales purposes. Nothing wrong with this by the way - it's business, it just gives AR a different agenda and direction then the one from the so-called members.

Small change - I'd add the ability to directly respond to individual comments, much like we can respond to individual answers here in the Q/A

Big change - I'd do away with Q&A completely.  Or shape it to be more consumer-centric.
