Good morning Hella. I don't have a favorite, but have a number of rainers that I enjoy reading on a daily basis. George, Conrad, Ed, Patricia, Kathleen, Barbara, Debbie (a number of them), Bob, John, A & R, Gayle, Belinda, Tammy, Joan, Lou, Roy, Roger, Praful, Gene, Rebecca, Sheila, Larry, Lenn, Evelyn, Gita, David, Joanna, Bill, Gabe, Anita, Hannah, Noah, Frank, Lottie, Belinda, Ginny, Michael, Nina, Dorie, Andy, Kathy, Grant, Lisa, Barbara-Jo, Sussie, Silvia, Colleen, Nick, Kyle, Sally, Julie, Beth, Maria, Dagny, Eric, Ray and you to name a few

My first visit is usually whoever is atop my 'following' list at the moment, I like all of the bloggers that I follow very much.  I just went through & tried to pick one that stands out from other favorites...couldn't do it. 

Hella, there is no way I could name one blogger. I might be able to list my top 20 or 30 but I won't do that.  I don't go to anyone first.  I get the blog roll first then I go to those who commented on my post so I can comment on their post.

The blogger that grabs my attention and does so with a polarized position they believe in. They do this with their provocative headline & the passion in their post. Each morning this blogger provokes me to comment, in agreement or disagreement, with thought out detail or counterpoint. Who is this, well...that changes daily...thank goodness we have so many great bloggers here in The Rain!

Not everyone is on top of their game all the time so my goto players will vary among my favorites.

Oh wow ... I couldn't even begin to pick a favorite here!  I typically start with a post that's caught my eye via the Daily Drop email ... and go from there.  As that's a rotating representation of posts and members, my first read of the day is a rotated choice as well ...

I love to read Lou Ludwig 's posts everyday....I've missed some since this platform has "improved"  the visibility of MY FAVORITES.... makes me mad just to think about it...

There are so many favorites here, and each one is different.  I would say there is a theme that runs through the people I like.  They are intelligent, funny have something to share and you can sense the goodness in their heart.  They have depth, compassion and savvy.  A

I have a number of favorite members and I read their blogs every day. If I have a questions on best practices, Debbie Reynolds is one of the first people I would contact.

Not a easy question. I enjoy most that I follow. I like everyone different perspective on post content provided. 

Hella Mitschke Rothwell This is a hard question to answer. There are many great members on this site.If I had to pick a couple it would be Liz and Bill Spear who write exceptional Ambassador posts and Lenn Harley who speaks here mind and backs it up with experience and knowledge.

Greg Nino.  Very witty and has some great real estate stories.
