I always use a "full package". The printed MLS sheet, tax card, deed, aerial, deed restrictions, etc. I give it to my clients so they have ALL the information at their finger tips.

I print sheets and hand to my buyers so they can take notes. They are the one buying so they need to remember what they saw ,what they like or did not like. Then I discuss it with them afterwords

When I represent the BUYER, I provide them the MLS printout.

If I am representing the SELLER, I will provide my branded, and content rich, handout, to those who arrive with empty hands. This handout will contain information not available on the MLS printout.

Whichever role you fullfill, what do you see the buyer doing when they observe paper, related to that property?

I still like to print them out because the client and I can make notes on the back what they liked and didn't like about it. Although I will still have it on my iPhone to find directions and will certainly have emailed to them as well.

My clients have the client handout and I use an agent handout. This also makes it easy when I'm showing a bunch of properties and need some directions to some of them. This way the client can help navigate. What's funny is the number of men that elect to sit in the backseat and let their wives help me find the properties.

both actually. I give clients who don't have a tablet handouts, I take my tablet for my info and if the client has one then I email them the list in order we're going to look at.
