You need to log on, and manually edit each. Dont rely on auto feed,

Keep telling everyone you see not to go onto these sites, because of their complete inaccuracy!

They are not authorative sites. If they syndicate from another signed-up sites like MLS why it was messed up ?

I am a featured agent on both, I add the listing myself manually which means I put in the correct information and can edit the listing. Only really needs to be accurate on MLS, as I tell clients all the time, the information on Trulia/Zillow is not accurate nor up to date.

Jay from ZIllow Group here. You can manually edit on either Zillow or Trulia, but if the information is wrong at the source, as soon as the feed updates your correction will be over-written.
Your best option would be to contact ListingSupport@zillow.com and include the property address, and what is incorrect. They can then look inside the feed and see if it's a feed problem, or something on our end.

claim the listing, edit and correct the info. if that doesn't work the "report a problem" with the listing and they will contact you and you can get it fixed.

I feel the best way is to tell everyone including clients that the information is wrong. Point out everytime it is wrong and put the knowledge in thier heads to stick with the Professionals.

If I am aware there is a error I will do what I can to correct it every time.

Well Bruce, it sounds like you already received the information you were looking for (straight from a Zillow rep), and it depends on whether your data is syndicated or not. If it is syndicated, it looks like it would be more of an issue than just going in and manually correcting the info. Not sure it is worth your time and efforts though, as long as the info is right on the MLS.

Usually by going to the edit part, if that doesn't do it their customer service is pretty responsive.

Scott Godzyk is right. Our company has an auto feed to these companies and it is not always accurate.

No clue. I ignore all of them. Contact them to change it if it bothers you or delete the listing and start over.

Just log in and go to edit. I just edited one of my listings today. Thanks to syndication, my listings go on Zillow whether I like it or not. After you edit, scroll to bottom and look for " update..." near bottom left. I should have said to first look in top right corner for "Agent Hub", then that will take you to " my Listings" where you will see the edit info. Sign out when your done.
