Roy Kelley - my answer could be shorter, had you asked what I don't love about ActiveRain.

Though one  thing I like about ActiveRain is - an opportunity to meet you and many more friendly 'Rainers who I can count on and are always there for me, they keep me updated on what's going on in industry and world of real estate.

(Actually I can go on and on and on....)

Well lately I've done a few referrals because of AR, and I love that. There is so much to love and like about AR. The friendships and sharing is very important to me. 

I like the vast amount of knowledge that can be found. Though good posts are way down I still like the network. 

The interaction and the relationships made over the years.   I would have never virtually met you had I not joined!  Second - the SEO I get from all the writing.

The people who are kind, informative, resourceful, intelligent, inspirational, motivational, educational, and determined to encourage and support others. That's what I love about ActiveRain. 

The relationships I've built up with fellow members and their always positive support.

All of the community, information, and comradery with other professionals in the country sharing their experiences and their lives.

One large Real Estate Group sharing experiences, thoughts and even advise/counsel to help further your business, and even perhaps keep you from falling into a same incident that was shared.

The community of people who are there with you through the good and the bad even though you may have never met face to face. 

I've received many tips during this first year of membership. I think it's an invaluable resource.

On Z there was this agent call him 1 percenter, driving people nuts.

I love how AR brings me my coffee in the morning and then makes my breakfast (O wait that's my wife!).  But I feel like I am married to AR some days.  It has always been there. 

Seriously I work alone and AR keeps me in touch with other professionals.  

The people and the community- Even if I don't know someone on here- I know that I can call them- tell them I saw them on AR and they will help me if I need it and I would do the same!  Have a Great day Roy!

I think AR University was a great success.

First, the people I've met and become acquainted with - a great group.

Second, everything I've learned about technology, real estate practices, other areas of the country (and Canada)

Third, the help it has given my business

I like the people the most on here. I wish more realtors in my area would get on here. There is so much benefit to be shared from experience.

What I love MOST about Active Rain is your pictures of flowers, Roy!  :)  

I love the relationships that were born here.  It's never going to be what it once was, but it still feels like home.  

That I can rant here like I did today on a question and everyone is so understanding? But seriously, I love to learn from my peers across the nation and make connections and friendships even though I probably won't meet anyone. Very efficient, I can do this on my time.

I love the community, the classes, the new ownership and all of our resources!  AR-ROCKS!  I am almost giddy over the Ben Kenny Companies acquisition.

Getting to read advice and do's and don'ts from experienced agents and brokers.  Plus what wonderful people to refer to!!

I'm late answering this question so most of what I would have commented has already been written but I would add---- the referrals I've received and the referrals I've been able to give.

getting to know people like you - at least on line - Some time I am going to pick up the phone and ask you to meet me for a cup of coffee!

The best thing about AR is the people.  When I joined back in 2010 I really just thought that I would be posting blogs and nothing else.  What I have gained more than anything are great relationships with some wonderful people all over this country.

I like all the info in one place. I also like that you can ask or answer a question. I used to call my legal line, now I can just ask a fellow a/r colleague.

When I receive a call/contact and they say I found you online or I see you everywhere and I know it's due to AR.

I love getting to know others from around the country, made so many great connections here over the years.

AR is great you just need to find the time to read it. That sounds like having time management.
