I list and sell MH in several areas. Right now I have one that is very nice. I try to find the hud tag and make sure the seller does have a copy of the title. These become important at closing.

Thanks for your delayed response. Once again Gabe Sanders you're a bit late to the party.

That would be me. Not as much as I used tom but from 2003 to 2009 i sold new home communities where they were all manufactured homes. Sold 149 for that builder and then quite a few others for some smaller builders that saw my success. Now i get a lot of bank owned ones both in parks and on their own land. I learned a world of lessons no class can teach you.

I have never sold a manufactured home but am interested in learning more about container homes

Yes when it sits on its own lot; most of the parks make it difficult for approval's if they do not sell it.

I know you are, John --- not sure I have ever seen anyone else post on this segment with any regularity.

I work with two vendors for MH.
They are Palm Harbor Homes and Carl Rowe.
Carl Rowe recently completed the Glen Carin community in Dunedin.
In the current low inventory situation, many are finding acquiring a lot or a demolition project worthwhile if including the savings of a MH and the existing efficiency they provide.
To the right is an image of a Glen Carin Cottage which has been popping up on lots throughout the region.
