Oh yes, my real estate assistant Zeke requires 3 miles a day, (which doesn't hurt me, either)...really, it's Zeke's street. Everybody stops to pick him up and hold him, even joggers stop. His day isn't complete until he sees his girlfriend 'Lucy'...when we miss her on the street, her owners watch for us to come by from the windows and let her out as we pass by, so we are sure to have a visit with her. Watching these two play, they seem like old souls who have been friends for several lifetimes. So our walks are pretty fun!

It needs to be a scheduled activity. Not scheduled the likelihood declines. That said -- I need to make it a more regularly scheduled time.

Every day for the most part. I keep a routine workout at the house that I do in the morning right after checking email. If I don't do it in the morning, chances are I won't do it later. It is a must for me for physical and mental well-being.

I walk daily with my german shepherd. She provides the motivation to exercise even on rainy or snowy days where I would ordinarily skip those days.

I exercise everyday without missing a beat....there are days when I go to the Y at 6:00am and I'll end the day with another round of exercises on other muscle groups that I didn't do in the morning.... I have very little body fat...bone and muscle and I work diligently to maintain it....

Most of my exercise is in the form of walks through our neighborhood. I should be doing much more.

4-5 times a week. Go to the gym in the morning, great way to start the day, healthy way to vent the stress. Daily walks, good habits to get into.

Joe,
We take a yoga class twice a week, and 3-4 days of intensive stretch class. We also love to take walks on the beach when time permits. We both take time to meditate as part of our daily routine. A

I try to set aside a minimum of a 1/2 hour a day for some exercise. Typically right after the work day.
