We are already working the procedures. For 29 years I allowed Borrowers to do short term locks close to end date to save them money, and follow the bond market. This new restriction takes away savings from Borrowers. I will have to pad escrow numbers as few give exact dollar amounts at the start. New law adds 5 days. All borrowers must use email every day during the transaction.

Our two preferred mortgage brokers have sent us info on their preparations. And alerted us to add a minimum of 2 weeks to the escrow period for closings requiring loans.
