Business first...frineds later...has to be!

I've always been in it for the business.... I separate friends from business and I don't need any new friends.... 

I look at it as Business and gaining new friends!

Business. I feel it has to be that way so there are no misunderstandings.

It is a business, and one better treat it like a business.

Chris - Well I treat my real estate career as a business, but I look at what I do as offering a service to help others buy, sell, or invest in real estate. Many of my business clients become friends during the process.

Chris Webb working by referrals, friends are the one who 'feed' my business. Friends and Relationships are more important for me.

I look at it as helping people. A lot of my clients do become my friends. 

Amateurs hit up their friends for business, real business people approach their business like a business, being friendly and professional.

Working with new friends, mostly because I just met them.

For me, real estate is all business. Some of the clients do become friends but that is a secondary consideration.

It's a grueling business made up of non educated agents (in my area) and self centered buyers (in my area) who because they have the means to purchase a second home are far superior to the lonely poor working real estate agent who makes alot more money than they are worth (their words not mine).
