Asking everyone what they use shows you what other people use and in rare cases they will get specific enough about what they like about it to give you a little insight. That's good! But it still doesn't tell you which one is right for you. It tells you which one is right for them. Most agents are more than willing to extol the virtues of the CRM they have chosen. Some will tell you they have tried them all (not likely). They will end the thought with "and this is the best one." But they don't finish the sentence, which should end "for me". "This is the best one for me."
The first thing to figure out is what features are available in all the different CRMs, that you may want. If you don't know what is available, how do you know what you want? For instance, if you bought a house in Arizona and had never heard of air conditionng, you would not be a happy camper after you moved in without it and then found out it existed.
To learn what features exist you can consult the list here.

Hi, Kay Peterson, check out IXACT Contact. It's a real estate specific CRM that is much easier to use than many others on the market. It offers email marketing along with keep in touch functionality.
Best of all, IXACT Contact includes unlimited phone support and 6 months FREE for new real estate agents.

I use Infusionsoft, it's not real estate specific, but if you put in the time to learn it you can really do everything with it. Best CRM I've come across that can take your business to as high as you want to achieve.

I have used Insightly and think it does a good job. The very best one is the one you will use. ;-)
