Yes, I have had people refuse to sign electronically. It seems that it is very difficult for the older generation to accept the technology of today. The same goes for listing presentations or anything presented electronically.

You have to know your potential client/customer in advance.

Not for that reason but I have had clients who don't use email so I meet with them face-to-face.  It's all about whatever works for both of us.

The Agent you choose REALLY does make a difference

Once had an agent and attorney question it - and it was a multiple offer scenario so I had to go to plan b and fast to avoid it tripping us up. Hopefully that duo has gotten with the program.

Usually, there is a document of authenticity that can be accessed by the signer and provided if needed to receiving party. Relo usually asked for this when docs are signed electronically.
