Yes, I have had people refuse to sign electronically. It seems that it is very difficult for the older generation to accept the technology of today. The same goes for listing presentations or anything presented electronically.
You have to know your potential client/customer in advance.

Usually, there is a document of authenticity that can be accessed by the signer and provided if needed to receiving party. Relo usually asked for this when docs are signed electronically.
