Yes, twice and all went smoothly with happy buyers when they finally saw their homes on moving in day. Imagine that.

Yes, one of my listings and two buyers coming from the East Coast. Pretty cool we can use technology to assist in home sales!

I've had Buyers who wanted to do that - but have required that they or their authorized representative (not me) view the property in person...

Sad to say it is common to get offers here in South Florida without seeing the house. Once the offer is accepted they request showing instructions. I feel it is too easy to get out of the contract now days. So the answer to your question is NO they will cancel the deal within days of making the offer even if it is a cash offer.

No but I had a REO listing that required me to do open houses. I said I'm not going to sit in a building in Chicago in the winter without heat so I did a YouTube video of the unit and said fo further info call me.

I have and I also bought a house myself online once without ever going to see it which was a really fun experience!

No, however, I have written offers by using Face Time. Unfortunately we were not the winning ones.

The wife saw the property in person. Husband was working out of the country, so the wife walked the property and showed it the husband on FaceTime.

I have had renters attempt to rent based on photos alone, I require them to at least have a friend or relative tour the home before I will sign a lease with them.

Yes, I have sold 2 homes via virtual tour. It's quite nerve-wracking having the buyers put their trust in what they see via video. It worked out great, they LOVED their new home once they got here. I'm in the process of doing another one for some clients coming from CA.
