In Dallas they are held on a weekly basis; however it is a sellers marked and they better not have unrealistic expectations.

Caroline - We had a ton of Canadian investors a few years ago (2011-2013), but haven't heard of too many lately. I am sure they are still around. I have not heard that they have unrealistic expectations either. They are typically buying a second home here in AZ.

Canadians here are terrific, we love all of them. They are great winter residents of Naples and good friends as well. Also, without the French Canadians I'm afraid we wouldn't have any French restaurants at all. In re-reading your post I don't see the corrolation between" how to" seminars and asking for something unrealistic.
