medium fish in a medium pond please.   I would never want to grow my firm to be the largest in our area.  I think you loose the wonderful aspect of me the broker knowing all the clients that buy and sell with us.  But at the same time of me being the broker and boss so to speak, I think my agents think of me as down in the trenches with them.
