I like CloudCMA. You can customize the presentation and include as much or as little as you like. The data seems more accurate than Market Snapshot, and they also have a 'What Is My Home Worth' landing page for online lead gen.

I present a two page CMA, not your grandmother's CMA.
Page one is a graphical market conditions report.
Page two is their homes CIS Score.
I've moved to this presentation because the seller is less intimidated with the pages and pages of nonsense most CMA programs impose (these pages and pages create the feeling of manipulation and ultimately, resentment) AND the simplicity, speed and ease of the data intense, yet simple, two page presentation.
What I also like about this process, compared to the classic CMA is the effort has great shelf-life, has multiple purposes, and creates a proprietary database that will guide your future activity. The database will reveal to you where you should focus your energy and activity.
I've actually had seller direct me NOT to pull out the pages. "Just show it to me simple!"
Top Prodicer provides a 'Snap-Shot' that can not be printed!!!!!!
You should fire them today.
If you are really looking for something else, you know what you need to do.

Dan Elam - TopProducer also has CMA software within - apart from MarketSnapshot.
I used to like eNeighborhoods.com - not sure if they are still around. And CloudCMA is another good one.
Of course there are standard services from Toolkit and some other companies, too.
However, we are fortunate - our MLS does provide us with CMA creation option.
