Hi Michael - a very good idea especially for newer agents plus some reminders for those who have been in business for a while.  You've been in the business for a while and have heard lots of questions asked by agents and clients, I would use that as my starting point for choosing a topic(s).

I'd keep it short, concise, focus on one topic and provide handouts after the presentation(otherwise they would be looking at them while you are speaking). If they are informative and promoted, I think they would be most useful.

I've never had or heard of a home inspector in our area giving a presentation....not sure I would attend that.....we have a couple of home inspectors that we feed business to because they do a thorough job without alarming any buyer....we've lost deals because the issues were real and major....needed to be fixed....
