Never heard of a home inspector doing a presentation in our area.  

It's alway interesing to learn about the unusual.  Things that an inspector found, that people have done to cut corners or a DIY job, gone wrong.

What the most frequent repair items that you see so we agents can prepare our sellers to have them cheked out before the home goes on the market.

Most likely the biggest issue you see in many of your inspections and how the avoid them.

Their customer presentation.

What sellers can do in advance to make it easier for the inspector and what they should look for to fix/repair prior to inspection.

Hi Michael - a very good idea especially for newer agents plus some reminders for those who have been in business for a while.  You've been in the business for a while and have heard lots of questions asked by agents and clients, I would use that as my starting point for choosing a topic(s).

I'd keep it short, concise, focus on one topic and provide handouts after the presentation(otherwise they would be looking at them while you are speaking). If they are informative and promoted, I think they would be most useful.   

Information about what a seller should do to get their home ready for an inspection.

I am not sure if inspectors can talk about stucco. 

I've never had or heard of a home inspector in our area giving a presentation....not sure I would attend that.....we have a couple of home inspectors that we feed business to because they do a thorough job without alarming any buyer....we've lost deals because the issues were real and major....needed to be fixed....
