They are all good, except for one NC based company, and it is simply to flawed for a professional to use.

The answer to your question is "the one you will use' is the best one.

Now, what must be completed is an analysis of your business direction and where you want to be in five years. If you have no vision, are in the sunset years of your real estate career, those 1980s CRM will be fine for your requirements.

However, if you feel the vibrations of change, staying in business another 20 years is your goal, you need something different.

The real cost of a CRM is the analysis, setup, configuration,testing, implementation, training, (about 80 hours). And you must complete it all within the trial period or you find yourself STUCK with a product to which your business must be distorted to conform to.
