Should?  Hmmm -- depends on the parent/guardian.  What's the purpose of the visit -- serious buying or a chance for some refreshments?

Depends on how well behaved the kids are.  I think that Michael Jacobs has expressed it best.  A

If the rider on the open house sign says "FREE KITTENS" or "FREE DRUM"  or 'FREE WHISTLE,"then bring the little darlings along.

Not under age 10 or 12.  They're distracting and destructive.

Depends. If they are well behaved, yes. I have been to some open houses where they act like hoodlums! Very distracting and disruptive.

Camara & Company - depends on the age of the children - and even more, the situation in which the buyers are. Sometimes it's just not possible to leave the kids at home!

One of my buyer couple takes turn to visit open houses - because of the young one - however, it's not so efficient.

Are you speaking of the buyers or the agent? The agent of course should not and I would rather have the entire family come than none of them come at all.

I have 6 kids who are well behaved and I say no.  I think that when you are viewing a home open house or not it should only be primary decision makers only. You should be in there 15 minutes tops.

I personally would never do this.  And, the last one that I did had some kids that were asked to leave because of the way they were mis-behaving.

If your kids are adults, yes.  If you have extraordinarily well behaved young kids, OK. If they're holy terrors, definitely not!
