Become an online lead generating expert. It is NOT difficult to do.

The simple formula in 3 easy steps

1. Create highly tagreted lead generating pages (Called squeeze pages).  Create them for first time buyers, investors, rehabbers, expired listings, etc (VERY EAYS TO DO)

2. Drive traffic to these pages - In most cases you can simply integrate the lead pages with your current marketing.  For example, add links to the lead pages to your current real estate site, blog, facebook, and any print ads you are doing.

3. Eventually learn a few online traffic methods such as video marketing on Youtube( again, VERY EASY).

Take these 3 steps and you'll see a boost in your lead production and it will come in at a cost much lower than buying leads.

And finally...an added benefit of doing this will build your brand and put your business in front of more buyers and sellers!  This builds your business as a local real estate authority.

How to get started?

postAprop.com - You can setup unlimited real estate squeeze pages for $19.97/month and it includes email marketing, hosting, and more.

This will allow you to generate your own leads.

paying for a lead generations program never works.  You pay and do not receive qualified leads.  It would be better for you build a website though wordpress and use the vendors through your MLS system for IDX.  You can then setup metatags & googld words to generate your own leads.

Shannon Smeltz - they all provide reasonably good leads and you sure pay lots of money for these leads.

Just one MAJOR caution - if you do not have the infrastructure to distribute and follow up these leads, it's shear waste of money. (And even if you think you can manage, believe me, it's impossible without a full support from the team and without a complete system in place!)

I knew a broker who told me he was getting 36 to 40 good leads per week from Tiger. He opened his own agency, he was doing so well and then suddenly he wasn't doing Tiger anymore. He hasn't returned my calls about what happened???
