Old habits die hard.  I am in same position.  I keep paper since I have had two phones blow up and lost all data; even though there was a back up.  However, if it blows, it does take some time to get info back, so in the meantime I can refer to paper and not skip a beat.  I also like to use calendar books for later referernce.

I really, REALLY need to integrate my ways to keep track. I have a weekly planner, and also use gcalendar.  I like both for different reasons.

Noah,

Oddly enough, I keep things in my head.  Ron keeps the schedule on the phone and desktop which syncs with all our devices.  Every year I used to buy a calendar and write everything in for the first week...then it was back in my memory bank.

In my life I have forgotten 2 appts, one for a showing in a building that had an office, and when I called the building, they told me she had called and canceled. The other was for a lunch with a former agent who was involved in multi level marketing, and we both zoned out on that one.  We really did not want to go.  Apologized up the yin yang, and she did not call back... I'm still using a monthly planner as well.  I can write faster by hand then entering anything into the phone schedule/calendar.

I knew I had to go back to the planner when I had Post It notes on my phone.  Sorry, OCD here has to see the week at a glance.

I use my outlook calendar and my paper calendar that I call "My Office in a Book" ... I keep everything in there ... if I lost it I would be in a world of hurt ... my phone and my Paper Book Calendar (in leather bound case) are my go-to's.  I really need to go paperless ... just have not figured out how to do it and trust cyberspace.  I guess I am still old school in this area ... so I ditto @Lisa Von Domek ...

Noah Seidenberg - good to have it on smart phone. I have my Google calendar and I can access it from anywhere.

About paper calendar - not used for years now! Or did I ever use it? I don't recollect!
