Borrowers generally had an easier time obtaining or refinancing a mortgage in March as credit eased for the fifth consecutive month. Have you noticed anything different?

No I have not noticed anything different. I have no problems after the Dodd Frank act as I typically work with professionals, getting pre-approved is really not a problem for them.
