From what I understand the Austin Texas market is HOT year round. I'd take that! 

I don't think I'll be leaving Sacramento anytime soon.  But, if I were to pick up and leave, I'd probably head for Hawaii.  I adore the weather and relaxed atmosphere!

After living all over the world, I like San Diego, Ca. the best weather and beaches and real estate prices are great.

Oklahoma.  I have family there and would like to be closer to them.  I also appreciate the slower way of life.  

Probably New Mexico. My mom lives there and I visit her a lot. Might as well sell a little real estate while I'm there!

I'm pretty happy in California, but we do have a TON of disclosures. 

Lyn Sims Miami on the water has international buyers - all cash, for the most part.  Million dollar sales sound amazing but know the REALTOR code of ethics isn't as well known or practiced. The grass is always greener on the other side.

If I wasn't such a dope I'd have picked a state with a higher sales price! Miami on the water or something like that.

Colorado. I grew up in a small town there. Couldn't wait to leave and joined the Army right out of high school. Moved around alot over the next 12 years. We really like New Mexico but everytime my wife and I go to visit my mom we have the maybe someday we should move back to Colorado talk driving home.

Destin, Florida because I have lived there for many years and the property values are high, the real estate market good, and oh the beautiful beaches.

Florida, because my kids are there.

Since I can"t practice real estate here in the Sunshine State. I would choose California since it has comparable weather and home values.

North Carolina. The hospitality of the residents is beyond expectations.

DC or Virginia, if there were not so much traffic to get there. Since I am too impatient to wait around on the road, I just refer to nice colleagues. Enough traffic around here to last me for the moment.

Hawaii but as long as my boys and their families live near by, that's not going to happen anytime soon, anyway.

Hank, already in my plan. I will practice in ALA. On the beach condo circuit. 

I like it here in Toronto but if I had to choose it would be Los Angeles or New York.

Maui of the Hawaiian Islands is still easy to get around and has a good range of housing, and I could certainly handle their winter weather!

Since we are only 2 miles from the state line, I would like to practice in Indiana and Michigan, but the fees would be too much and I would have to belong to two different Brokerages.

Hawaii comes to mind in the fact I would love to live there and the average sales price :)
That being said, I really enjoy living and working as a Realtor in Tucson, AZ.

Michigan, we are just a few miles from the border.  In 8 years I have only had a handfull of requests and haven't found it worth my time to get licensed there yet.

I love Alaska but where I would want to be there would very few sales

Florida or California, only because of the higher values in certain areas of those states

Just because I have always thought it would be fun to live there... Nevada. Similar to Arizona so I could pick up quickly too. 

Although I don't have any plans to move out of Florida for many years, I think I'd want to practice real estate in NC as that's where I'd like to own a second home in a few years.

I have family in Indiana. That is where I would be.

I would get a license in Illinois because I live literally 1 mile from the border. And my second choice would be Arizona because my son and daughter live there along with 3 grandchildren.

I think I would enjoy real estate in Nice France.

CA, for sure.

About to start building in Little Rock Arkansas for investors. We also have reciprocity with them. 

Georgia or South Carolina...not too cold and still near the coast and southern charm!
