I have had two separate clients buy four houses each.

I did 4,3,2 & 2 a total of 11 purchases in 2014 with the four brothers.  They were All investment loans.  I am refinancing 4 of there other homes now and they are buying two more homes they are under contract now.  Gotta love our investors they love me and I can't do it with out my whole staff.   They are great keep us very busy.  It's a bit complex but well worth it.

Few clients have so far bought and sold through me after few years while buying something at that time. And many more such clients in pipeline.

One client has worked with me or referred over 7 people over the past 3 years (he has 9 siblings, and I'm fortunate enough to call their whole family my clients, and get calls from cousins, aunts, and uncles as well).

I have done deals for those who were previously referral partners as well, but I don't think that counts.

I am counting 12 transactions with a given client and for referrals, that I will have to count and think about more. Great questions.

I have had six transactions with one buyer/seller. He bought many investment properties from me, and one I sold for him right away. He plans on hanging on to the others for a while.

I have clients who are father and son, and they have now completed 18 transactions with me (all sales, no leases).  They introduced me to a good friend of theirs who is a local builder, and I have done 6 sales transactions with him.

I met a husband/wife agent team who purchased 3 properties with me before giving my name to one of their clients, who I have now closed 7 transactions with, and have another pending.

I have another client who I have closed 10 transactions with, and a dozen or so that I've closed 4 -6 sides with.

I tell people that I am the Lay's Potato Chip of Agents - Nobody can do just one side with me.  :) 

Four is the most with a single client.  10 referrals from an attorney I work with.

Does my dad count? lol

I guess aside from family it's three new home purchases and 2 resales.

Four with they same client and all short sales in less than a year. 

If you include leases, then the number of transactions with this family would go up to 15. 

About a dozen sides with one client.  If you include leases, it's twenty something.

I remember having one couple who I did 10 sides with.... they're now at their last stop.... there was another family who I sold 5 of their relatives homes....they all moved to Franklin....

I did 7 sides with one couple until they moved away and they have referred like 4 people who have all used me as their broker. They now live in Texas and own a real estate company!

Hi Jeff -- I can count two clients who I have represented in six actual transactions.  One of them was also responsible for two additional sales via referral.  

5 deals with 4 more family  referrals.
