I've told a lot of real estate professionals, lenders and others about AR. Most claim they don't have the time and if you search my county, you can see I'm the only active member. I've given up on trying to help others in this business see a good thing. I'm keeping it all to myself, and AR works for me. Recently I've gotten some really nice leads. Also it makes sending out referrals pretty darn easy. I should have a nice check in early April because of a referral I did and I used an AR member to refer to. AR is the first place I look when I need an agent outside of my market. 

I have invited MANY people.  Only a few have stuck with it.  I think I have a bit over 150,000 invite points.

I've invited others, but have found it difficult to get them to be efficient.  I've had many other people create profiles and that's all they've done.

I have invited several people,(10) and some did some posting and commenting.  The majority of our clients are focused on personal relationships in their marketplaces and their spheres.  They practice the fundamentals of real estate, and use the Internet for easing their tasks and communications.  

They use FB for family and they keep it private.  They never put client info on FB as to who they sold a home to, or who bought.  Some can be found on Linked In where they feel leads for luxury homes may come to fruition.  They all have Twitter handles to protect their brand, but don't use it.

Some do write market reports on their websites, and some local info.  The majority have mid to high 6 figure incomes and above.  They don't see the value of spending time on AR,  They feel they are very busy, and would rather spend time with their families and friends face to face.

No, I do not invite others to join AR.

I do not believe introducing others to opportunities to fail is a good policy. Such action then creates guilt in the failed opportunity and the eventual drifting away of the one you wanted to inspire.  If others have interest in blogging and engaging with online communities they will already be doing so.  They have not started because it is not their interest.

Now, it is entirely different should an agent ask, "Where can I engage in agents. lenders, and others from across the country who will share what is working for them?" .....now that is the perfect setup. AR is still not the correct environment for actionable instruction.

The REAL benefit derived from AR is very narrow, seldom actionable, and applies to the few active members you currently see.

Debbie, I did recently have a mortgage broker sign up but still waiting for her first blog as I have offered to help several times.

We try to tell everyoneabout AR, that is in the Industry that we encounter.

I've invited some agents I think would enjoy it. A few have stayed active.

I have had many join under me, and some are still posting, but most do not stay.
