anyone with that type of attitude doesn't deserve kindness....and doesn't get it from me....I mirror people... I would most likely start the conversation with the question, "who pee'd in your wheaties".... and I hope that person was dehydrated so it was a colorful pee....

Jesse,

Killing someone with kindness is my option always.  We all have rough days, and like Debbie Reynolds mentioned, it is nice to let them get it off their chest.  The neat thing about it is that they smile and you feel better too.  A

Yes lots of kindness. If I have the time I will ask why their day is not going well and let them get it off their chest. This usually gets them smiling and more relaxed.

Jesse, I'm just too exhausted to answer this question. Was busy with unreasonable customers and "kindness" is my last weapon of choice today.

There is no pleasing some people, I get that.  Growing up on a farm I see it like that old saying "You can lead a horse to water..."

I know the horse needs water.  Deep down even the horse understands it needs water.  But as soon as I push its head into the water, they will resent me.   It is a learning process, and it takes time to establish TRUST.  It is like starting over with each new client I work with.

Jesse, the old proverb still rings true from the Bible:
