An investor who has bought several properties with me - and still going on.

I had a young couple, who are both architects, and they had not only a small 2 year old boy....but a sibling group of 4 that they were fostering.  The experience of seeing those children's eyes light up when we found the "perfect" imperfect home, put a lump in my throat.  By the time they closed on the fixer upper, they had adopted the sibling group of 4!  The children were so excited to "claim" a bedroom, explore the yard...and the parents had the amazing vision to see what this home could become.  They are an incredible couple who have given back to the community in so many ways.  It was such a joy to work with them. 

My favorites share a common attribute. This attribute permeates everything they do. The attribute of which I make reference is the ability to live heartily; with a whole heart.

They show up fully, as a complete person and are fully engaged. These favorites share in common the source that drives and empowers their lives. They show up in their lives not looking for a lot of guarantees. Venerability is at the core of their heart. They live afraid and brave at the exact same moment..all day long. They challenge the goodness in other to be seen.

So many - They are raving fans that appreciate my contributions and I appreciate them..

Families.  I have several different families that I have sold homes to multiple members.  I met some of them when their kids were small and eating chicken nuggets in the back seat of my car.  Those kids are now buying homes from me.  Life is good.

My favorite was a couple I met who had lost a home to foreclosure and bankruptcy almost 10 years ago. They had been walking around in shame not allowing themselves to dream of home ownership again. They were professionals and successful at that but just could not shake what had happen to them in the past. I told them this period in their life did not define them and we needed to write a new chapter in their story.  They trusted me and I showed them how to move forward. We found a beautiful home and now as I drive by I see such pride of ownership they have the prettiest home on the street. This couple was  honest, straightforward and easy to work with and we worked together to acheive their goal. I remember  such joy when they received the keys to homeowership again. They were a treat to work with and oh so grateful for guidence.

I too have too many to name. That said, I do have one former client that I had never seen before the first time I showed he and his family homes.  We hit it off from the very start. He is now one of my VERY BEST FRIENDS!!!! We talk and hang out together all the time.

International first time buyers or investors. I love working with investors, they know exactly what they want:) And I do love working with the first time buyers!

I do have one client that I'm friends with, and I sold her a house over four years ago. I like most of my clients. Hey that reminds me. I was suppose to get invited to a BBQ for some buyers I just sold a house to a few months. I guess the weather got it canceled.

Oh and to add also my favorite is one that tells everyone they know what a wonderful agent I am and posts it on social media. 

The favorite client profile is a buyer that knows what they want, is reasonable, is qualified and can make a decision and listens to my advice. They are often a first time buyer and are so thankful in the end. 

Too many to name -- I am very persnicketty about whom I work with, so my relationships with clients are generally very positive.
