Shalonda, I watch for the county tax list of homeowners who have not responded to filing their homestead deductions and send them a helpful letter.  It got us a listing in our neighborhood and several positive comments of how they will remember us if they sell their home.

It is true, each of us is a small fish in a big pound. Being creative is not that easy.

I'm planning to add farming to my marketing( old good way of RE marketing!).

But here some ideas if you want to try more ways, they are FREE:

– Tell everyone whenever you go what you do( don't forget to give them your card, if you have a name tag, that is good too)
– host an event to meet a lot of people ( partner with your local lenders, title, escrow, etc.)
– Use the Internet to promote yourself ( huge number of options, but takes a lot of time investment unless you can pay someone to do it for you!)
– provide special offer during your open houses.
